The Truth About the EAG

Stop The Deception Now

EAG: A Wolf in Sheep's Clothing

It's Time to Stop Trying to Fool the Public

The Education Action Group (EAG) claims to be a nonpartisan group of citizens and school board leaders who are advocates for improving public education. It's a false pretense and simply not true.

In fact, EAG is a fraud and a joke with an ugly tone being foisted upon the public, the media, public school employees and board members who are dedicated to a free public education for all.

EAG is attempting to pull the wool over the eyes of the public, media and school board members. EAG is a deception of the worst sort. To its sponsors, it is a tactic in a partisan political campaign aimed at undermining support for public schools.

EAG (and a newly-chartered second front, Michigan School Board Leaders Forum - “MSBLF”) is a facade for partisan single-issue special interests that have campaigned for years to dismantle and weaken public education in America.

EAG and MSBLF were created by a couple of very partisan guys who live, breathe and eat conservative Republican politics. They have a right to espouse their views – but not to deceive.

Public accountability is good. And it is good for all.
